Making a Will

Making your Will is perhaps something that you may have been putting off for some time. You're not alone, as many as 70% of people have not made their Will, thinking things will happen automatically. They do, but probably not (in many cases) as they would have wanted them to!

There really isn't an 'off-the-shelf' or a 'fit-all' Will as circumstances can be radically different from one person to the next. It is for this reason, among others, that we decline when asked to take instructions to draft documents over the internet. It just isn’t practical and for security reasons is unacceptable.

We specialise in Will Writing and related matters, with 35 years of collective training under one roof. We avoid using technical jargon as much as possible and offer a service that makes the process convenient and less complicated.

Our consultants have collectively assisted thousands of clients over many years in sorting their legal affairs, bringing them peace of mind in a very delicate and private area of their lives.

To maintain our high level of excellence, we believe that product-knowledge is key. The company director has over 10 years' practical experience and holds a LLB (Hons) law degree (2:1), which is recognised as a Qualifying Law Degree by the Law Society of England and Wales, through its independent regulatory body, The Solicitors Regulation Authority.
